摘  要:通过对液滴法制备激光聚变靶丸空心玻璃微球(HGM)中液滴形成过程予以分析,导出了射流初始速率、液滴直径及目标HGM直径分别与进料压力、小孔板孔径、射流振荡频率、溶液浓度及密度等因素的定量表达式,并在进料压力为13.7、18.7、23.6、28.5、33.4、38.3、43.2kPa和溶液中玻璃形成物浓度为1%、2%、4%、6%、8%、12%、16%下,测量了孔直径分别为108(m、142(m和168(m的小孔板的流量及流动系数,给出了射流初始速率、液滴直径及目标HGM中玻璃形成物含量的定量控制条件,实验结果符合定量表达式。: In order to improve the capability of fabricating hollow glass microspheres (HGM) used for the laser fusion experiments by Liquid Droplet Method, the forming process of liquid droplets is analyzed quantitatively and the formulae for controling the liquid jet velocities, droplet diameters, diameters of the would-be-fabricated HGM and the flow coefficient of liquid jet through orifice are derived. Under the conditions of liquid feed-up pressures of 13.7kPa, 18.7kPa, 23.6kPa, 28.5kPa, 33.4kPa, 38.3kPa and 43.2kPa, and glass forming oxide concentrations of 1.0%, 2.0%, 4.0%, 6.0%, 8.0%, 12.0% and 16.0%, the flows of liquid jets through three different orifices with inner diameters of 108(m, 142(m and 168(m are experimentally measured respectively. Moreover, the possible combining conditions for quantitatively controling the liquid droplets forming process are shown. The results are in good agreement with the derived quantitative formulae.
