摘  要:二步法合成十二烷基多苷, 生成丁基多苷的催化反应是在固体葡萄糖表面进行的,并且和十二烷基多苷的反应一样都是由亲核反应控制, 正丁醇在整个反应过程中起到相当于一种相转移催化剂的作用。在此基础上建立了化学反应控制条件下的动力学模型并给出了相关参数。经验证,实验值与计算值平均误差分别小于4.0%和4.8%。APG were synthesized by using two steps. The catalytic reaction of butyl polyglycosides occurred on the glucoside's surface, and was the same as the dodecyl polyglycosides reaction which was controlled by nucleophili reactions. Butanol plays a role as the catalyst of phase transition in the whole process. When the chemical reaction is the control step, the kinetic models of the synthesis of butyl polyglycosides and dodecyl polyglycosides were established and kinetic parameters of the models have been estimated. These models were well consistent with the experimental results, and the mean error was less than 4.0% and 4.8% respectively.
