相转移催化合成N,N-二乙基氨基乙基-4-甲基苄基醚

摘　　要：以二乙氨基乙醇和对甲基氯化苄为原料 ,以四丁基溴化铵为相转移催化剂 ,合成了 N,N-二乙基氨基乙基 -4 -甲基苄基醚 ,产率最高可达 87.78%。考察了催化剂、温度、反应时间以及氢氧化钠用量对反应的影响 ,确定了最佳反应条件。产物经过沸点、折光率、红外光谱、氢质子核磁共振谱认证。N,N diethylaminoethyl 4 methyl benzyl ether was synthesized in good yield (87.78%) from the Williamson reaction of diethylaminoethanol with 4 methyl benzyl chloride by using Bu 4NBr as a phase transfer catalyst,sodium hydroxide as base and benzene as solvent.The paper optimized the factors that affect the etherification yield of the products such as catalyst,reaction temperature,reaction time and amount of sodium hydroxide.The b.p.,refractive index,IR and 1HNMR spectral data indicated that synthesized product was N,N diethylaminoethyl 4 methyl benzyl ether.
