摘　　要：The insoluble quaternary ammonium bactericide was synthesized in two steps using silica gel as a carrier. The silica gels first reacted with 3-chloropropyltrimethoxysilane to give an intermediate, the chloropropyl groups on which then reacted with dimethyl tetradceylamine to give the quaternary ammonium bactericides. The bactericidal rate of the product against heterotrophic bacteria was 99% as tested in vitro.The insoluble quaternary ammonium bactericide was synthesized in two steps using silica gel as a carrier.
