摘　　要：建立了一种测定蛋白质的蛋白质 -钼 ( ) - PV- OP显色体系光度法 ,蛋白质含量在 0～ 50 .0 μg/m L范围内符合比尔定律。方法已应用于尿液、血清和豆浆中总蛋白测定 ,加标回收率 90 %～ 1 0 8% ,相对标准偏差 1 .8%～ 3.0 % ( n=5) ,检出限 4.0μg/mA new spectrophotometric method for determination of protein with a colour reaction of protein Mo(Ⅵ) PV OP system was established.Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0～50.0 μg/mL of protein.The method was applied to determine total protein in urine,serum and bean extract,with recovery of 90%～108%, relative standard deviation of 1.8%～3.0%( n =5),and the detection limit of 4.0μg/mL.
