摘  要:目的 :探讨膝关节骨坏死的低场MRI表现。材料与方法 :患者选自本院门诊病人 2 0例 ,男 14例 ,女 6例 ,4 0~ 4 8岁 ,平均年龄 4 3岁 ,多数病人均有疲劳损伤及外伤史。结果 :2 0例患者 2 5个膝关节。大多数发生在股骨远端 ,少数在胫骨平台软骨下骨与髌骨。结论 :骨坏死的特征性表现为 ( 1)病变多位于持重关节面的软骨下骨质区 ;( 2 )信号强度大部分表现为在T1WI低信号 ,T2 WI为高信号 ,FIASHT2 WI的典型表现为低信号环绕的高信号区 ,高信号为剥脱下的髓腔脂肪 ,低信号为坏死后修复的纤维化区或营养不良钙化区。Purpose:The low power MRI findings of the osteonecrosis of the knee in 20 patients.Materials and Methods:Selected from outpatient were studied,there were 14 men and 6 women,Together were 25 knees.The ages of the patients ranged from 40 to 48 years,with an average of 43 years.Most of the patients had recurrent injuries.Results:25 Knees were injured in the 20 patients.Most of the lesions occurred in the femur,some lesions occurred in the tibial and patella.Conclusion:Most of lesions occurred in the bone of subchondral bone of the condyles plateau related to weightt bearing surfaces.The signal intensity was mixed in both T 1WI and T 2WI.The particular signal change was a high signal in central region surrounded with a low signal in peripheral rim.The high signal corresponded to the isolated marrow fat and the low signal related to the fibrosis resulted from repairing and dystrophic calcification.
