汉族和哈萨克族人蛛网膜下池CT测量值的比较

摘　　要：目的 :获取汉族和哈萨克族人蛛网膜下池CT测量值的比较资料。材料与方法 :选择汉族正常头部CT片 2 0 0例 ,男 10 0例 ,女 10 0例 ;哈萨克族CT片 2 0 0例 ,男 10 0例 ,女 10 0例。进行五项脑池的CT测量研究 ,统计其平均值和标准差 ,做了汉族和哈族同性别之间的脑池平均值比较及t检验。结果 :哈族男性鞍上池比汉族男性的略大 ,但两者没有显著性差异 ,而汉族和哈族女性之间鞍上池比较 ,哈族鞍上池比汉族的大 ,两者存在高度显著性差异。环池、四叠体池、大脑外侧窝池 ,大脑纵裂池男性 :汉族～哈族之间和女性汉族～哈族之间脑池的平均值相比较 ,汉族男性和女性脑池均比哈族的大 ,经显著性检验 ,汉族男性和哈族男性 ;汉族女性和哈族女性之间这四项脑池测量值存在高度显著性差异 ,即汉族脑池大于哈族。结论 :鞍上池CT测量值哈族大于汉族。环池、四叠体池、外侧窝池、大脑纵裂池汉族男女性均比哈族的大 ,即族别之间其CT测量值有高度显著性异。Purpose:To assess the comparision data of subarachnoid cistern CT measurement between Han nationality and Kazak nationality.Materials and Methods:400 normal head CT films were chosen as examples,which include 200 Hans (100 males and 100 females)and 200 Kazaks (100 males and 100 females).Subarachnoid cistern CT measurements were carried out in 5 items.Its average statistics and standard differences were calculated out,and the subarachonid cistern average data of the same sex between Hans and Kazaks were added up and t test was made.Results:The supracellar cisterns of Kazak males were a little larger than that of Han males,and the difference was not obvious.But the supracellar cisterns of Kazak females were larger than that of Han females,and the difference was significantly obvious.The cistern ambiens,the quadrigeminal cistern,the longitudinal cistern and the cistern of lateral cerebral of Hans were larger than that of Kazaks between the same sex.Conclusion:The supracellar cistern CT measurement data of Kazaks is larger than that of Hans;The cistern ambiens the quadrigeminal cistern,the longitudinal cistern and the cistern of lateral cerebral of Hans are larger than that of Kazaks between the same sex,that is ,the CT measurement data of subarachnoid cistern are significantly different between the different races.
