摘　　要：临床上 ,峰时tb,半排泄时间C1/2和峰值Ymax是衡量肾代谢功能好坏的几个重要指标。本文讨论了肾排泄系数对这些特征参量的影响 ,它们随肾排泄系数的变化遵循指数规律。In clinical kidney picture,the times that the radioactive dosage in kidney reaches its maximum and half maximum values as well as the reachable maximum dosage are important indexes.In this paper,the influences of kidney excretive coefficient on these indexes were discussed.They were found to obey the exponential rule.
