摘　　要：经皮穿刺输精管后 ,采用输精管盲端加压注气逆流试验来证实穿刺是否成功。并通过延迟摄片、精道造影后CT、精道染色尿道镜检查和动态精道造影等技术来提高精道造影对男性生殖系及泌尿系疾病的诊治水平。与其他方法比较 ,本法更具创伤小、成功率高、图像清晰等优点。We have formulated retrograde flow test of injection gas with pressure to the spermatic duct cecum to prove if the vasocentesis is successful after vasopuncture percutaneously. The application of delayed photography, postvasocentesis computed tomography, mobile real time vesiculography and urethroscopy with ejacalatory duct staininging raised the diagnosis and therapy level for male genital or urological disease further. This method and performing protocol is outstanding with less damage to the patients, higher success rate and distinct image compared with other vesiculography methods.
