摘 要:目的 探讨不同温度条件下滤纸唾液斑酯酶的可测期限。方法 应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶盘状电泳及固蓝RR染色方法 ,检测 4℃、室温 (18~ 2 5℃ )及 37℃条件下保存的滤纸上唾液斑酯酶表型的可测期限。结果 滤纸唾液斑 4℃保存 12周 ,室温保存 6周 ,37℃保存 5天 ,均可正确检出酯酶表型。唾液斑酯酶的三种表型F、FS和S ,F和S表型唾液斑在 4℃保存12周 ,室温保存 6周 ,37℃保存 5天 ,均可正确检出 ;FS表型唾液斑在 4℃保存 13周 ,室温保存 7周 ,37℃保存 6天 ,均可正确检出。结论 4℃保存的唾液斑酯酶表型的可测期限比室温及 37℃条件下保存的长。在同样温度条件下保存的唾液斑 。Objective To research the possible detected period of esterases in saliva stains in different temperatures.Methods The saliva stain samples on filter paper kept at 4℃, room temperature (18~25℃) or 37℃ were detected by disc electrophoresis and fast blue RR staining assay.Results The phenotypes of saliva stain esterase on filter paper could be typed correctly at 4℃ for12 weeks, at room temperature for 6 weeks and at 37℃ for 5 days.The F and S phenotypes of saliva stain esterase could be typed correctly at 4℃ for 12 weeks, at room temperature for 6 weeks and at 37℃ for 5 days; The FS phenotypes of saliva stain esterase could be typed correctly at 4℃ for13 weeks, at room temperature for 7 weeks and at 37℃ for 6 days. Conclusion The possible detected period of phenotypes of the esterase on filter paper was longer than that at room temperature and at 37℃.The possible detected period of FS phenotype was longer than F and S phenotypes at the same temperature
