二维超声诊断儿童左室条束188例

摘　　要：目的　探讨儿童左心室条束的声像图特点与临床关系。方法　采用二维超声检查 188例左室条束的起始部位、长度和厚度。结果　 188例左室条束中 ,横行条束 114例 (6 0 .6 % ) ;纵行条束 74例 (39.4% ) ,有器质性心脏病的 5 8例 (30 .85 % ) ,室性早博 5 8例(30 85 % ) ,有收缩期杂音 74例 (39.4% )。结论　左室条束与器质心脏病。Objective To study the correlation between characterization of two-dimensional ecocardiography of left ventricular pseudotendinous cords and clinical manifestations in children. Methods The original site,length,thickness of left ventricular pseudotendinous cords were examined by two-dimensional ecocardiography in 188 children.Results Among of them, 114 cords were transverse (60.6%), 74 cords were longitudinal (39.4%),organic heart disease was found in 58 children (30.85%), ventricular extrasystoles was found in 58 children (30.85%), systolic murmur of heard was 74 children (39.4%).Conclusion The left ventricular pseudotendinous cords were significantly associated with organic heart disease,ventricular extrasystole and systolic murmur.
