终末期肾病合并高血压的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究透析和代文(Diovan)等综合治疗终末期肾病合并高血压的效果。方法:对35例(23～57岁)终末期肾病合并高血压的患者,进行了前瞻性的治疗研究,应用透析、代文(缬沙坦)80mg/d口服,参考疗效调整剂量。结果:经过治疗后患者病情明显好转,血压降低,血钙升高,肾性骨病明显改善,瘙痒消失,未见过敏等不良反应。结论:透析与代文等综合治疗终末期肾病合并高血压,能取得满意的疗效。Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Diovan in beating end-stage renal disease with hypertension. Methods:A Prospective observational study was conducted. Thirty-five patients aged from 23 to 57, were investigated, the oral dosage of Diovan was 80mg/day, and should be adjusted according to the therapeutic effect. Recommendation regarding type of dialysis must be individualized. Results: After treatment, the blood pressure of the patients were significantly decreased Conclusion: Diovan is effective and safe in treating end-stage renal disease with hypertension.
