康丽烧伤膏对模型兔Ⅱ度烧伤的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的　观察康丽烧伤膏对Ⅱ度烧伤创面的治疗作用。方法　以大白兔制成 18%Ⅱ度烧伤模型 ,观察康丽烧伤膏治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面的愈合情况以及对肉体组织生长、体重的影响 ,并以麻油作对照。结果　伤后第 10d康丽烧伤膏治疗组有 1只创面愈合 ,第 2 0d ,6只创面愈合 ,占 85 .8% (6 / 7) ,愈合率显著高于对照组 2 8.6 % (2 / 7) ,并有增长体重和促进肉芽组织增生作用 (P <0 .0 5 )。Objective To observe the efficacy of Kang Li Burn Ointment to partical thickness heated injury.Methods Established a rabbit model of burn wound about 18% of TBSA for each of 7 rabbits,then to observe the potency of the ointment on wound healing,and its influence on weight of the animal and growth of granulation tissue,7 rabbits with the plant oil being as the control group.Results Ten days after burn,the wound of a rabbit in the experimental group had healed;20 days after burn,6 rabbits healed,up to the rate of 85.9% (6/7).The healing rate has remarkable difference compared with the control group(28.6%,2/7).Both the weight and granulation tissue of rabbits of experimental group grow more quickly(P< 0.05 ).Conclusion The Kang Li Burn Ointment has promotion role in wound healing,increases of the weight,and growth of the granulation tissue of experimental rabbits.
