摘 要:提出了一种三轴土样径向变形的计算机数字图像测量方法。将计算机图像识别技术应用于常规的土工三轴试验 ,实现三轴土样变形的直接测量和土样变形过程的摄像、自动测读和自动记录 ,不仅为土工三轴试验提供了一种直接、有效的测量手段 ,而且可以把常规三轴仪应用于非饱和土的变形测试。文中还分析了测量精度和测量误差产生的原因。给出了对于实际土样采用常规测量方法和数字图像测量方法测量结果的比较。A digital image processing technique for measuring the specimen deformation in triaxial test is presented. The image is gained by a CCD and the digital signals of the specimen image are input into computer with a image interface card. Based on identification of the image edge according to the change of brightness, the shape and the deformation of the specimen are automatically determined in real time. This technique can be efficiently and conveniently applied to traditional triaxial test apparatus. It can be used to measure the deformation of saturated and unsaturated soil specimens. Accuracy of the measurement is analyzed. Reasons that can cause the error of the measurement are also discussed in this paper. Measured results of soil specimen deformation are given for comparison between traditional method and the technique presented in this paper.
