摘　　要：该文从建筑文化观、建筑环境观、建筑教育观和全社会的建筑学等方面阐述了《北京宪章》的精神可追溯自梁思成先生的学术思想，通过比较表明梁先生隽永卓越的远见。Through the analysis of the perspectives on architectural culture, architectural environment, education and the whole social architecture. this article expounds that the soul of UIA Beijing Charter can be traced back to the academic ideology of Mr.Liang Sicheng. Therefore. Mr.Liang did have foresight and sagacity.
