摘　　要：分析了影响转炉烟道汽化冷却炉口部分烟罩寿命短的原因,为提高其寿命,设计采用了强制循环系统,并设计了一种适于强制循环方式的新颖的活动烟罩结构和蒸汽密封装置;同时又采用了波纹管补偿器作为活动烟罩循环管道的柔性连接件,大大提高了设备的可靠性和安全性。An analysis was made on cause s affecting service life of the moving smoke c over in the furnace mouth for vap ourization cooling of converter flue.To enhance the service life of the cov-er ,forced circulation system was ad opted in the design,and a new structu re of the moving smoke cov-er suitable for the forced circulati on and a new steam se al device were designed.Bellows compen-sators were used as flexible couples of circulation pipes of the moving sm oke cover,which greatly in-creased reliabi lity and safety of th e devices.
