摘  要:【目的】探讨降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)在原发性高血压 (EH)病情监测中的作用。【方法】对 6 5例EH病人在降压治疗前后测定血浆CGRP和内皮素 (ET)水平 ,并与对照组相比较。【结果】EH组患者血浆CGRP水平明显低于对照组 (P<0 0 0 1) ,且高血压程度越严重 ,血浆CGRP降低越明显 ,同时 ,血浆CGRP与ET水平呈负相关 (r =- 0 991,P <0 0 0 1)。经降压治疗后 ,EH组患者血浆CGRP水平升高 (P <0 0 0 1) ,但与对照组相比仍较低 (P <0 0 1)。【结论】循环血中CGRP含量不足可能是EH发病的重要原因之一 ,测定血浆CGRP的浓度有利于EH的病情监测。Objective To probe into the effect of calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) on the pathogenesis and monitoring of essential hypertension (EH). Methods Plasma levels of CGRP and Endothelin (ET) were determined before and after antihypertensive treatment in 65 cases with EH. The results were compared with those of the control group. Results The CGRP level of the cases was significantly lower than that of the control group. The higher the blood pressure, the lower the CGRP level. Moreover, the levels of CGRP and ET of the cases were in the relationship of negative linear correlation (r=-0.991, P<0.001). After antihypertensive therapy, the CGRP level of the cases rose (P<0.001), but was still lower than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The deficiency of CGRP in the circulation might be involved in the pathogenesis of EH, determination of its plasma concentration can help to monitor the condition of EH.
