摘　　要：目的　探讨肾移植术中及术后液体和药物的使用方法 ,以使肾移植受者达到良好的肾功能。方法　 3 0例肾移植受者术中采取扩张血容量和肾动脉内注射血管扩张剂的方法 ,术中输液5 0 0～ 10 0 0m1/h ,白蛋白 1～ 1.5g/kg ,吻合血管开通后 ,立刻从肾动脉内注入异搏定 (Isoptin) 5～ 10mg。 结果　肾脏供血后全部受者 5min内有大量尿液从输尿管涌出 ,术后 2～ 5d血肌酐正常。结论　肾移植术中扩张血容量和肾动脉内注射血管扩张剂可保证植入的肾脏有良好血液供应 ,术后功能恢复良好。Objective To probe into the application of perioperative fluid infusion and drug administration in renal transplantation to obtain good renal function in the recipients receiving renal transplantation.Methods By using the methods of increasing blood volume and injection of vasodilator into donor renal artery, fluid 500 to 1 000?ml/h, albumin 1 to 1.5?g/kg and isoptin 5 to 10?mg through the donor renal artery right after the opening of circulation were given to the 30 cases of renal transplantation.Results Urine could be seen from donor ureters in 5?min and creatinine returned to normal level within 2 to 5 days after operation in all cases.Conclusions Increasing blood volume and injection of vasodilator into renal artery during renal transplantation could ensure wonderful blood supply and better function of the grafts.
