不同剂量抑平舒与天麻钩藤五苓散合用治疗高血压临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨不同剂量抑平舒单用、与中药 :平肝潜阳滋阴利尿之天麻钩藤五苓散联合运用在治疗高血压中的疗效。方法 :对 70例高血压患者随机分 3组 ,疗程 6周。观察 1年余 ,并对治疗前后各项相关指标进行对照比较。结果 :三组降压明显 ,降舒张压效好于降收缩压 ,无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :以ACEI类抑平舒配合平肝潜阳滋阴利水之天麻钩藤五苓散联合治疗高血压病 ,可有效控制疗效 ,减少西药服药量 ,降低副作用。Objective:to explore the effects of using Yipingshu separately and combination with powder of Tianma,Gouteng and Wuling which had effect of checking exuberant of Yang,nourishing Yin,and promoting urination in treat hypertension.Method:70 cases of hypertension was divided into 3 groups by random.The course of treatment was 6 weeks with on observation of more than 1year.Comparison would be done on relative index before and after the treatment.Results:Blood pressure of the three groups had significantly decreased.The effects of decreasing diastlic pressure was better than that of systolic pressure.There was no difference in statistics(P>0.05).Conclusion:combination of using Yipingshu of ACEI tape with powder of Tianma,Gouteng and Wuling which had effect of checking exuberant of Yang,nourishing Yin,and promoting urination in treat hypertension could control the effects effectively,and reduce the dosage of western medicine to decrease the side-effect.
