七圣丸对小鼠记忆行为等作用的研究

摘　　要：七圣丸煎液给小鼠灌胃 ,可改善由东莨菪碱引起的小鼠记忆障碍 ,并有效抑制小鼠脑胆碱酯酶活性 ,其机理可能与中枢M胆碱系统有关。该煎液还有增强小鼠抗缺氧 ,促进大鼠脑与肝组织中过氧化脂质清除的能力。Using of Qisheng pills decoction to douche the stomach of rat could resist the memory disturbance of rat caused by scoploamine and inhibit the activity of cerebral cholinesterase of rat.The result showed that the functional mechanism might related to its effects to M-cholinergic trnasmitters of centol nervous system and this decoction also had effects to resist to lack of oxygen and inhibit the production of tissue lipoid peroxid.
