金霉素眼膏治疗留置导尿患者尿道炎32例的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　介绍金霉素眼膏治疗留置导尿患者继发尿道炎的方法及要点。方法　复习文献、回顾分析用金霉素眼膏治疗留置导尿后尿道炎 3 2例的临床资料。结果　疗效满意 ,本组 3 2例于治疗后 2 4h内症状、体症明显减轻或缓解 ,发热病人 6例于次日、1例约 3 6h后体温基本恢复正常。结论　本法着重于局部治疗 ,对全身无明显不良影响 ,且起效快 ,又能保持原来的导尿治疗 ,是一种简单、有效。Objective To introduce the method and importanct of aureonycinum oculenta in the treatment of urethritis in the patients with secondary catheterization.Methods Arueomycinum oculenta was used in the treatment of urethritis in 32 patients with cathetrezation.Results The relevant papers were reviewed and the clinical data obout 32 patients were analyzed retrospectively.The results showed that symptoms and signs in 32 patients were apparently decreased or disappeared in 24 hours.The interval for the body temperature to recover to normal level was 1 day in 6 patients,36 hours in 1 patient.Conclusion The results showed that it is a simple ,quick,cheap and effective local treatment with no need to remove the catheter.
