绿光对新生儿高胆红素血症光疗的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨绿光替代蓝光对新生儿高胆红素血症治疗效果及护理。方法将 2 60例新生儿随机分为蓝光组 118例 ,绿光组 142例 ,均用双面光源 ,平均光疗时间各为 2 8± 1 5天。结果两组不同光源光疗效果经统计学处理 ,差异无显著意义 ,P >0 0 5。结论绿光治疗与蓝光治疗效果相当 ,近期无明显副作用 ,为新生儿高胆红素血症进行光疗寻找到又一新的光源 ,护理操作方法一致。Objective To explore the effect of the green light instead of blue light in the treatment of hyperbilirubinemia and it's nursing. Method 260 cases of neonate was randomly divided into two groups; the blue light treatment group 118 cases, the green light treatment group 142 cases. The mean treatment time was 2.8±1 5 day. Results There was no significantly difference in the treatment of hyperbilirubinemia by green light and blue light,( P >0.05) Conclusion The effect on treatment of hyperbilirubinemia by green light and blue light are the same. and without side effect, the green light are the substitute for blue light in the treatment of treatment of neonate hyperbilirubinemia.
