电针足阳明经穴对家兔胃粘膜损伤防御性保护作用的研究

摘　　要：方法　 采用电针家兔足阳明经头面“四白”穴 ,躯干“梁门”穴、下肢“足三里”穴 ,观察其对胃粘膜损伤的防御性保护作用 ,以进一步探讨足阳明经与胃的相关性。结果　 电针足阳明经不同部位经穴 ,均可使家兔胃粘膜损伤指数显著降低 ,胃粘膜前列腺素E2 (PGE2 )及表皮生长因子 (EGF)的含量增加 ,其中以“足三里”穴最为明显 (P <0 0 1) ,而电针“足三里”外 2cm的对照点 ,则未见显著性差异 (P >0 0 5)。结论　 电针足阳明经不同部位经穴 ,可能是通过胃粘膜组织中PGE2 与EGF发挥了对胃粘膜细胞的保护作用 ,证实了足阳明经与胃具有相关性。Purpose To probe into co rrelativity between the Foot Yangming Ch annel and stomach.Methods Protective actio n of electroacupuncture at“Sibai”(ST 2), “ Liangmen”(ST 21)and“Zusanli”(ST 36)point s o f the Foot Yangming Channel on lesion of gastric mucosa was investigated in rabb its.Results Electroacupunctu re at the acupoint of different parts of the Foot Yangming Channel all can dec re ase significantly indexes of gastric muc osa lesion and contents of postaglandin E 2 and endothelial growth factors(EGF) i n gastric macosa,with electroacupuncture of“Zusanli”(ST 36)having the most sigin i ficant increasing action(P<0 01),and electroacupuncture at control p oint at 2 cm from “Zusanli”point having no significant action(P>0 05 ) .Conclusion Electroacupu ncture exerts possibly the protective ac tion on gastric mucosa cells through PGE 2 and EGF in gastric mucosa,which verif ies the correlativity between the Foot Yangming Channel and stomach.
