摘　　要：目的 :介绍循证医学的基本原理和方法。方法 :以针灸的选穴配方为例 ,介绍循证医学的原理和方法及对针灸选穴配方的影响。结果和结论 :针灸的选穴配方必须具有可靠的临床医学证据 ,同时结合临床经验和基础医学知识指导实践。Purpose To introduce bas ic principles and methods of evidence ba sed medicine. Methods Point selection and prescription of acupuncture and moxi bustion were used as samples to introduc e basic principles and methods of eviden ce based medicine and its effect on poin t selection and prescription of acupunct ure and moxibustion. Results and Conclusion P oint selection and prescription of acupu ncture and moxibustion must have reliabl e clinical medicinal evidence,and at the same time,combine clinical experience w ith knowledge of basical medicine to dir ect medical practice.
