摘　　要：目的　观察苦甘珠口服液治疗室性早搏的临床疗效。方法　治疗组 119例 ,苦甘珠口服液 5 0ml口服 ,每日 2次 ;对照组 5 7例 ,美西律 10 0mg ,每日 3次口服。 2组均 4周为 1个疗程 ,停药 1周复查心电图。结果　治疗组总有效率为 94 .12 % ,对照组总有效率为 77.19% ,2组比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　苦甘珠口服液治疗室性早搏疗效确切。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Kuganzhu oral liquid on ventricular premature. Methods 176 cases of ventricular premature were allocated to control group (n=57), which was treated by Mexiletine and treatment group (n=119), which was treated by Kuganzhu oral liquid, with a course of 4 weeks in both groups. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group (94.12%) compared with those in control group (77.19%, P<0.001). Conclusions Kuganzhu oral liquid has a definite effect on ventricular premature.
