摘　　要：目的　探讨肾损伤出血行超选择性肾动脉栓塞术的应用价值。方法　运用超选择性肾动脉栓塞术 ,治疗 14例肾损伤出血 ,其中肾外伤 10例 ,医源性肾损伤 4例。栓塞材料选用明胶海绵颗粒和带纤毛弹簧圈。结果　全部病例肾出血于栓塞后随即完全停止 ,随访 6个月～ 10年 ,无肾出血复发 ,患肾未栓塞部分保留了功能。结论　提示超选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾损伤出血安全、有效 ,可避免肾切除术。Objective To assess the value of transcatheter superselective arterial embolization treatment for renal injure hemorrhage.Methods By superselective catheterization,embolization with gelfoam and fibered coil were performed in 14 cases for renal injury hemorrhage(renal trauma 10,post operation 4).Results All patients were treated successfully by this method,hemorrhage was stopped immediately.There was no recurrent hemorrhage in follow up from 6 months to 10 years.It was kept the renal function with in the normal limit.Conclusion It suggested that transcatheter superselective arterial embolization treatmeat for renal injure hemorrhage is a safe and efficient therapeatic method.It can avoid the operation of renal removal.
