肌部室间隔缺损彩色多普勒超声心动图图像特征及规律性研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨肌部室间隔缺损 (MVSD)彩色多普勒超声心动图 (CDE)图像特征及规律性。方法 :应用 CDE对 12例 MVSD进行检查 ,寻找 MVSD图像特征及规律性 ,10例经心血管造影对照 ,8例经手术证实。结果 :根据 CDE图像特征对 11例 MVSD作出正确诊断。 MVSD的 CDE图像特征及规律性明显 :MVSD孔多、位置变化大 ;常合并多种畸形 ;部分患者手术后彩色多普勒血流显像仍可显示过室间隔残余分流束血流信号。结论 :MVSD的CDE图像特征及规律性明显 ,CDE对 MVSD有特异性诊断价值。Objective:To probe into the image characteristics and regularity of color Doppler echocardiography(CDE)in muscular ventricular septal defect(MVSD).Methods:Twelve patients were examined by CDE to explore the image characteristics and regularity in MVSD.Ten cases with MVSD underwent angiocardiographic examination after CDE and 8 cases were proved by surgical operation.Results:Eleven cases were diagnosed correctly according to the features of CDE imaging.The image characteristics and regularity of CDE in MVSD were obvious:1.In MVSD there were many holes whose location were often variable.2.MVSD was often associated with many other deformities.3.Residual shunt blood flow signals passing through ventricular septal defects after operation were demonstrated by CDE in some cases.Conclusions:The characteristics and regularity of CDE in MVSD are definite,and it has specific diagnostic value in MVSD.
