摘　　要：阐述了利用通信地面站勤务话路传输数据的方法,分析了几种方案,对勤务话速率16kb/s,数据速率9.6kb/s,4.8kb/s的方案,做出了硬件,经测试,性能良好,符合设计要求。This paper deals with the method in which service telephone and data are tr ansmitted with 32kb /s service telephone chann el of earth station equipment and dis cusses several plans,the hard-ware of service telephone rate 16kb /s,data rate 9.6kb /s,4.8kb /s has been made.The specification is satisfied after measuring.
