摘　　要：本文介绍由弹性钢环制成的应变式力传感器的设计及其制作工艺,特别是经过热处理后弹性的改善。针对应变式力传感器的灵敏度小的特点设计相应电路,降低了放大器的共模输入电压并改进了共模抑止比,大大改进了正比特性。此传感器已应用于疲劳试验。This paper introduces the design method and fabricating technique of a strain type elastic ring sensor, especially the improvement of elastic properties after neat treatment. Aimed at quite low sensitivity, a magnification circuit is designed particularly with an improved proportional property, lowcommon mode input voltage Vcm and large common mode restrain ratio of the magnifier. This force sensor has been used in fatigue experiment.
