摘　　要：对多个近地航天器同时在轨运行时 ,如何分配地面有限的测控设备以完成各航天器的测控任务提出了一种分配策略 ,并编写了相应的软件进行试算 。This paper presents a strategy of how to distribute the limited number of tracking equipment to perform the spacecraft operation missions when several low orbit spacecrafts are operating in orbit simultaneously. The corresponding software has been developed and satisfactory results are obtained.
