摘　　要：本文利用Taussky特征值定位定理,证明了一类不可约加化等因子对角占优矩阵的一个定理。并给出了判定一类特殊矩阵一个特征值的有效方法,解决了通过观察法确定二阶情形下又一类特殊矩阵的所有特征值问题。Based on Taussky theorem about irreducible matrix, a theorem related to a kind of strictly diagonally dominant matrix on the condition of equating factors is proved in this paper, and an effective method is put forward to find one of all proper values of a special matrix. According to the method propounded by author, all proper values of a kind of second order matrix can be found only by means of observation .
