摘　　要：从分析新经济的内涵和新经济的本质特征入手 ,就新经济时代对社会经济和社会金融业形成的冲击和带来的严峻挑战进行了深入、细微的剖解 ,并在此基础上针对社会金融业的发展对策问题进行了探讨研究 ,提出了加快金融创新、优良信贷管理、发展电子商务、加强网上金融业务、发展资本市场的全新思路 ,具有较强的宏观战略指导意义。On the basis of a thorough investigation, from the angle of the characteristics and nature of new economy, into the impact and severe challenges that the new economy age brings about to social economy and social banking industry, detailed discussion is made on the developing strategies of social banking industry with brand\|new methods put forward to speed up innovation, improve the management of credit business, strengthen on\|line banking business and develop e\|commerce and capital market. It is of great strategic significance.
