摘　　要：随着经济建设步伐的加快 ,各类用地矛盾日益突出 .建立行之有效的土地用途管制制度 ,是保障社会经济可持续发展的必由之路 .对重庆土地用途管制存在的问题进行了分析 ,从法制建设、农用地管制。WT5”BZ]In recent years the conflict between land demand of agriculture and that of urbanization and industrialization is becoming more and more serious. The land use will be controlled, especially for transformation of cultivated land into non agricultural land. Based on the analysis of land use control and problems in Chongqing, some suggestions are put forward. [WT5”HZ]
