乌贼墨诱生多重集落刺激因子的研究

摘　　要：研究乌贼墨在小鼠体内诱生多重集落刺激因子的作用。采用灌胃法 ,连续 5d经口给鼠灌注乌贼墨 ,取其骨髓细胞 ,在半固体甲基纤维素培养基中培养观察集落形成数量和乌贼墨在小鼠体内的持续作用时间。结果表明 :乌贼墨能诱导小鼠骨髓细胞形成集落 ,与对照组比较有明显差异 (P<0 .0 1)。体内跟踪检测可见集落形成高峰区为停药后前 6 d,第 8d呈下降趋势 ,第 10To study the inducing effect of sepia on the CSF (colony stimulating factor) level of mice.The BALB/c mice be poured into sepia through mouth for five days,then obtaining the marrow cell,culturing it in Methyl cellulose M 20 which contains CSF and lasted time of CSA (colony stimulating activity) for assay by method colony forming,The results indicated that sepia could promote colony forming of marrow cell of mice and as compared with control it has a significant differences ( P <0.01),and CSA may last 6 days,after 8 days CSA gradully dropped.
