摘　　要：目的评价经肾窦肾盂切开取石术治疗鹿角型结石的疗效。方法对1982～2000年行经肾窦肾盂切开取石术的25例患者进行回顾性分析。结果本组手术成功痊愈22例 ,1例因肾窦粘连紧密 ,分离困难 ,改行肾实质切开取石术 ,2例出现并发症 :1例双J管移位 ,1例术后出现肾盂输尿管交界闭锁。结论经肾窦肾盂切开取石术仍是治疗鹿角型结石的主要方法之一。Objective To evaluate the effects of intrasinusal pyelolithotomy for the removal staghorn stone. Methods A retrospective study of intrasinual pylolithotomy in 25 patients undertaken from 1982 to 2000 was carried out. Results Success was achieved with 22. For the renal sinus cohered closely, separating it was very difficult, operation changed from intrasinsal pylolithotomy to nephrolithotomy in 1. Complication occurred in 2:one is the double J tube removal, another occurred ureteroplvic junction obstruction after operation. Conculusion Intrasinusal pylolithotomy is one of the main methods for staghorn stone.
