摘　　要：介绍了医院实施《优秀学科带头人选拔培养计划》的方法、步聚及实施成效,并就处理好培养人才与留住人才、重点培养与普遍培养、培养人才与使用人才以及技能培养与素质培养等关系展开讨论。The implementing method, the procedure and the achievement about the project named 'Excellent Subject Leader Selection and Training Scheme' are introduced in this article. Furthermore, the relationship between training and keeping talents, particular and general training, training and applying talents, skill and quality training is explored.
