羚蝎胶囊治疗中小量脑出血临床观察

摘　　要：为探讨羚蝎胶囊治疗中小量脑出血的临床疗效 ,将 6 0例患者随机分成羚蝎胶囊组和清开灵注射液组各 30例 ,疗程 4周。结果 :羚蝎胶囊组的有效率为 80 0 % ,清开灵组为 76 7% ,两组比较P >0 0 5 ;羚蝎胶囊组血肿吸收率为 96 % ,清开灵组为 89% ,两组比较P <0 0 5 ;在改善神经功能缺损方面清开灵组优于羚蝎胶囊组 (P <0 0 5 )。To observe the curative effects of“Antelope Scorpion Capsule”in treating moderate and minor cerebral hemorrhage,60 cases were divided into treatment group(30 cases treated by“Antelope Scorpion Scapule”)and control group(30 cases treated by“Qingkailing Injection)and treated for 4 weeks.The effective rate was 80.0% in treatment group and 76.7% in control group,with no difference between them;the effective rate in absorbing hematoma in treatment group was 96%,higher than 89% in control group,with a difference between them;the treatment group was better than control group in the regulation of nerve functions.
