睾酮、雌二醇、催乳素与前列腺增生及疗效关系的研究

摘　　要：为观察通关胶囊 (穿山甲、王不留行等组成 )治疗前列腺增生症的疗效及其对T、E2 、PRL的作用 ,用该胶囊治疗 49例前列腺增生症患者。结果 :前列腺腺体缩小率为 6 5 3% ;腺体缩小病例的PRL、PRL/T比值明显下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,E2 /T比值下降。提示通关胶囊治疗前列腺增生症有一定疗效 ,并具有改善E2 、PRL与T比值平衡失调作用。The effects of “Tongguan Capsule” in treating prostatic hyperplasia in 49 cases and its influence on T,E 2 and PRL were observed.Results showed that the prostate reduced by 65 3% in size;in cases with reduced prostate,the PRL,PRL/T and E 2/T fell obviously.“Tongguan Capsule” was effective against prostatic hyperplasia,which was related to the imbalance of E 2/T and PRL/T.
