摘　　要：“降低孕产妇死亡率和消除新生儿破伤风项目”启动以来 ,卫生部和各项目省积极开展工作 ,分别成立了项目领导小组和技术指导组 ,落实配套资金 ,加强农村卫生和妇幼保健工作 ,开展健康教育 ,提高了群众爱婴爱母意识。经过 1年多的努力 ,各项目省的住院分娩率、新法接生率、产前检查覆盖率、产后访视率、乡村助产人员持证上岗率已有所提高。同时针对项目工作中存在的问题和困难 ,提出了相应的建议。Since the work of “ Reducing the mortality of the pregant and lying in woman and eliminating the new born's tetanus items ” was initiated, the work had been developed energetically in health department and every item province. The item leadership team and technical guidance team were set up respectively. By fulfilling the matching funds to strengthen the country health and MCH work. By the health education to raise the mass consciousness of friendly infant and friendly mother. Through the effort over a year, the delivery in hospital rate, new midwifery method rate, antepartum examination rate, postpartum visiting rate, and the rate of mounting guard with the certificate of the county deliver have been raised. The author put forward corresponding advice on the quesiton and difficult exists in item work.
