细菌L型培养的初步报告

摘　　要：本文从158例多种临床标本中检出细菌L 型57株(36.1%)。其菌落、革兰氏染色及细胞壁染色等均符合细菌L 型的特征。以金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的L 型最为多见,但与标本来源有关。在57例L 型阳性标本中,同时检出细菌型29株,余28例仅分离出细菌L 型。L 型培养有助于提高细菌检出率。木文还对细菌型、细菌L 型的药物敏感试验结果及细菌L 型与阑尾炎手术后切口感染的关系等进行了讨论。this articlc reports 57 strains of bacterial L-forms from clinical speci- mens.Their colonies,Gram's stain and cell wail stain have the characteristics of bacterial L-(?)orms.The predominant bacterial L-forms in clinical specimens were Staph,aureus,Staph.epidemidis and E.coll.Among 57 L-form strains in positi- ve specimens,29 strains of bacterial forms were isolated at the same time.Others were L-forms only.The culture of L-forms was helpful to diagnoses.In addition, the results of drug sensitive tests on the bacterial forms and L-forms as wellias the relation between L-forms and the wound infection after appendectomy were discussed.
