摘　　要：本文介绍用梁式引线二极管制作毫米波平衡上变频器 ,其输出功率大于 5d Bm,变换效率大于 10 % ,三阶交调失真小于 - 4 0 d B。用多频非线性方法对其作理论分析 。A mm-wave balanced up-converter using Beam-lead varactors is presented in this paper. Its output power is higher than 5dBm,converting efficiency greater than 10%, 3rd order inter-modulation distortion below -40dB. The analysis is carried on by using multi-tone nonlinear method; the experimental results show that the computing data coincide well with experimental results.
