摘　　要：在信息技术时代 ,数据库必然成为软件开发的重点对象。首先简要介绍了本地网管的结构和功能 ,接着结合近期开发的本地网管系统的话务查询报表软件 ,详尽阐述了存储过程的工作原理 ,并系统的说明了其在本地网管数据库开发中的应用 ,指出其重要作用。In the information era,database certainly becomes the typical object of all software programmers.This article,at first,introduces the structure and function of the Local Network Management, then in accordance with the NOMA Report in the Local Network Management System recently developed,it states the working principle of Storedprocedure in details and illustrates the application of Storedprocedure in the database development of the Local Network Management and its importance.
