摘　　要：目的 :探讨动脉硬化性闭塞症 (arteriosclertosisobliteransASO)的发病机理和原儿茶醛 (protocatechuicaldehyde ,PCA)的抗炎、抗动脉粥样硬化作用机理。 方法 :趋化游走实验法、ELISA法和间接免疫荧光法等。 结果 :(1)ASO组白细胞趋化游走的数目大于献血员组 ;(2 )PCA处理的两组的趋化游走的白细胞数目少于各自的对照组 ;(3)ASO对照组的外周血单个核细胞(peripheralbloodmononuclearcellsPBMNC)产生的IL 8活性高于献血员对照组 ;(4 )PCA处理的献血员组和PCA处理的血瘀型组的PBMNC产生的IL 8活性低于各自的对照组。 结论 :血瘀型组白细胞趋化游走能力增强 ;其PBMNC产生的IL 8活性增高 ;PCA抑制白细胞趋化游走和PBMNC产生的IL 8活性增高。这些抑制作用是PCA改善微循环、抗炎和抗动脉粥样硬化作用机制的一部分。Objective:To evaluate the pathogenesis of blood stasis syndrome(BSS)with artheriosclerotic obliterance,and the mechanism if antiinflammation and antiatherosclerosis for protocatechuic aldehyde(PCA) Methods:Two kind of chemotactic migration test,ELISA and indirect immunofluorenscence test.Results:(1)The number of migrated leukocytes in the group of BSS was larger than that in group of blood donor(BD).(2)The numbers of migrated leukocytes in the group of PCA treated BD and PCA treated BSS were less than those in the group of the respective control.(3)The level of IL 8 activity produced by PBMNC in the control group of BSS is higher than that in control group of BD.(4)The level of IL 8 activity produced by PBMNC in the PCA treated group of BD and in the PCA treated group of BSS was lower than that in the respective control group.Conclusion:The ability of leukocyte chemotactic migration in group of BSS become stronger;and level of IL 8 activity produced by its peripherial blood mononuclear cells become higher,PCA inhibits leukocyte chemotactic migration and IL 8 activity by PBMNC.These inhibitions are a part of the mechanism by which microcirculation is improved and antiinflammatory and antiatherosclerosis are undertaken.
