复圣散对内皮细胞“缺血再灌注样损伤”及高脂诱导损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：以人脐静脉内皮细胞“缺氧—复氧”并“缺糖—高糖”和高脂攻击以模拟脑缺血再灌注造成内皮细胞损伤,观察含复圣散的血清对此损伤的作用。结果表明,“缺氧、缺糖”后“复氧、高糖”和高脂攻击对内皮细胞均可造成明显损伤,导致细胞内MDA含量明显增加、SOD活性明显下降。而含复圣散血清可以显著改善上述损伤。Cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells(EC)subjected to 'ischemia - reperfusion - like' damage was set up as the model and EC subjected to highlipid were investigated in experiments, then cell viability was evaluated in terms of SOD, MDA. Results indicated that MDA increased and SOD decreased significantly after subjected to 'ischemia- reperfusion' and high lipid, FSS serum could ameliorate the induced changes.
