抗癌膏穴贴及内服中药对荷瘤小鼠脾LAK细胞活性和SIL-2R水平的影响

摘　　要：以Lewis肺癌为动物模型 ,观察抗癌膏穴位贴敷配合补肺软坚解毒汤对荷瘤小鼠LAK细胞活性及外周血清SIL - 2R水平的影响 ,并与单纯穴位贴敷和单纯内服中药组作对比。结果表明 :Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠存在着细胞免疫抑制 ,SIL - 2R水平显著升高 ,LAK细胞活性明显下降 ,且二者在一定程度上存在着负相关。治疗后 ,SIL - 2R水平下调、LAK细胞活性增强 。Mice bearing Lewis tumor are used as model to observe the effect of acupoint application with antiancer ointment in combination with Bu Fei Ruan Jian Jie Du Tang on the activity of spleen LAK cells and SIL 2R level. Its effect is compared with that of sole acupoint application or oral administration. It is indicated that there is a marked increase in cellular immunity inhibition and SIL 2R level and a decrease in the activity of LAK cells, showing a reverse proportion to each other. Post the treatment, the SIL 2R level drops and the activity of LAK cells rises, and the best result is seen in the group treated with both acupoint application and oral administration.
