宁夏地区申克氏孢子丝菌病的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究和首报宁夏地区申克氏孢子丝菌所致孢子丝菌病。方法 :对 2 8例临床疑为孢子丝菌病患者的典型皮损进行组织病理学、免疫荧光学、真菌学检查。结果 :2 8例患者经组织病理学检查、免疫荧光学检查、真菌学涂片镜检、真菌培养及菌种鉴定 ,确诊为申克氏孢子丝菌感染。结论 :气候干燥的宁夏地区仍存在申克氏孢子丝菌感染 ;Objective:To study the Sporotrichosis caused by Sporothrix in Ningxia region.Methods:The skin lesions of 28 suspected sporotrichosis cases were investigated by means of histopathology,direct immunofluorescence test and mycological examination.Results:All of 28 cases were identified as Sporotrichosis based on histopathological changes,direct immunofluorescence test,microscopic examination of fungal smear with PAS staining,fungal cultrue and mycological strain identification.Conclusion:This is the first document of Sporotrichosis reported in Ningxia region.Fungal culture is important to the diagnosis of Sporotrichosis.
