新生儿低出生体重危险因素病例对照研究

摘　　要：目的 :探索低出生体重发生的危险因素 ,为围产期保健提供科学依据。方法 :于 2 0 0 0年 3～ 5月 ,采用病例对照研究的方法 ,对银川市老城区低出生体重发生的危险因素作了研究。结果 :母亲文化程度、母亲体质、妊娠反应、孕期副食营养、孕期不良情绪反应、母亲身高、家庭经济水平、孕周差别有显著性 ;其它因素差别无显著性。结论 :母亲文化程度、母亲体质、妊娠反应、孕期副食营养、孕妇情绪反应、母亲身高、家庭经济水平。Objective:To find out the risk factors related to Low Birth Weight(LBW) and to provide the scientific evidences for health care of neonatal children.Methods:A matched case-control study was carried out in district of Yinchuan from March to May 2000.Results:Out of 23 items studied,8 were statistically related to LBW.Five were identified by chi-square test(X2-tese)and 3 identified by T test.Conclusion:Mother′s education,constitution and statue,pregnant reaction,nutrition during pregnancy,family economic condition,total pregnant weeks can significantly affect the occurrent frequency of Low Birth Weight.
