头孢他美酯的体内抗菌作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察并评价国产头孢他美酯对临床致病菌的体内抗菌活性。方法:采用腹腔注射细菌以感染小鼠,小鼠感染致病菌３０ ｍｉｎ后灌服给药,以头孢拉定为阳性对照,并以半数有效量(ＥＤ５０)为观察指标,研究国产头孢他美酯的体内抗菌活性。结果:头孢他美酯对大肠杆菌、肺炎杆菌、变性杆菌和化脓性链球菌感染小鼠的ＥＤ５０分别为 ２．８８８１、４．１１４４、０．６２３４和０．９２６４ｍｇ/ｋｇｗｔ,而头孢拉定分别为４３．５１９０、７１．４９０５、４６．７７４４和５．０３３６ｍｇ/ｋｇｗｔ;头孢他美酯对化脓性链球菌的抗菌活性效价强度比头孢拉定强５倍,而对Ｇ－杆菌则至少比头孢拉定强 １５倍。结论:国产头孢他美酯具有良好的体内抗菌活性。Aim: To evaluate the in vivo antibacterial activity of domestic cefetamet pivoxil. Methods: Cefetamet pivoxil and cefradine was administered ig 30 min after bacteria were injected ip. The median effective dose (ED50) was measured. Results: The values of ED50 of the cefetamet pivoxil were 2. 8881 mg/kg against E. coli, 4. 1144 mg/kg against klebsiella pneumoniae, 0. 6234 mg/kg a-gainst proteus mirabilis , and 0. 9264 mg/kg against steptococcus pyogenesis , respectively; The values of ED50 of the cefradine were 43. 5190 mg/kg against E. coli, 71. 4095 mg/kg against klebsiella pneumoniae, 46. 7744 mg/kg against proteus mirabilis and 5. 0336 mg/kg against steptococcus pyogenesis, respectively. The potency of cefetamet pivoxil against steptococcus pyogenesis and G- bacilli was 5 times and 15 times greater than that of cefradine, respectiviely. Conclusion: The domestic cefetamet pivoxil shows a good antibacterial activity in vivo.
