摘　　要：目的:测定头孢他啶与三种输液配伍的稳定性,为临床用药提供依据。方法:高效液相色谱法。结果:头孢他啶与三种输液的配伍在室温和冰箱保存２４ ｈ、２８ ｈ含量大于９８%,放置４８ ｈ后也均大于９６%。结论:头孢他啶与三种输液配伍在室温和冰箱均稳定。Objective: To study the stability of ceftazidime mixed with three kinds of infusions, and provide a scientific basis for the clinical chemotherapy. Methods: HPLC. Results: The quantities of the comptibility of ceftazidime in three kinds of infusions are more than 98 percent when they are preserved at room temperatureor in the fridgerator for 24 hours and 28 hours, and more than 96 percent when they are preserved for 48 hours. Conclusion: Ceftazidime can be mixed with three confusions at room temperature and in the iridgerator.
