防感灵的研制与预防儿童急性呼吸道感染的效果

摘　　要：目的:研究防感灵的组方、制备工艺及预防效果.方法:提取金银花等纯中药有效成分制成,确定质量控制标准.选取395例3～6岁集体儿童随机分为防感灵组和食醋组喷喉,观察4个月.结果:防感灵组使患病率降到2.25%,与食醋组有显著差异(P＜0.01),对发热症状的控制也有显著差异(P＜0.01).结论:防感灵预防集体儿童急性呼吸道感染,药物用量小、安全、效果显著,经济、方便、依从性高,可在托、幼园所晨检喷喉推广应用.Objective: To Study the recipe, components and preventive effect of Fangganling Mixture. Methods: Fangganling is made from the effective components of hinesuckle and some other plants. It has a quality supervision standard. A prevention group and a contrast group are set by free sampling of 395 children in the kindergarten at the age of between 3 and 6 years old, and were given Fangganling and vinegar sprays in the throat respectively. They were observed for four months. Result: The Fangganling group has a significantly lower case rate than the vinegar one (P < 0. 01), and it can reduce the case rate to 2. 25%, at the same time, it also shows significance in controlling fever( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Fangganling has marked effect in preventing children' s acute respiratory infection. Only a small dose is needed to achieve the desired effect, it is safe, economic, and convenient, and is highly reliable. Therefore, it can be widely used in nurseries and kindergartens in morning check by spraying it into the throat.
